All products pictured on our website are individually handmade. For this reason, your order may differ slightly in bead placement, leather/horn shade or brass pattern. We do our best to make sure that the product you receive looks as similar as possible to the pictures on the listings.
In the unfortunate event that your order is delivered bearing any kind of damage or defect, kindly follow the steps below. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from us.
You have the option of receiving a refund or having a replacement sent to you.
- Kindly contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number within 3 days of delivery with a description and picture of the damage, or a detailed reason for your dissatisfaction.
- Once your feedback is received, we will get back to you within 1 business day to find out how we can rectify the error.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Replacements will be mailed to you within 7 business days.
Other conditions where an exchange or refund claim can be made ;
- Wrong products were shipped out to you.
- Your order was mailed out to the wrong address (this is only in cases where we made the mailing error. We are not liable in cases where you provided the wrong address to us)
We can only offer replacements for the same item.
Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
